Job description, responsibilities and duties

- To handle user requests & problems including proper incident categorization
- To analyze the user requests & problems and provide solution
- To prepare new client Hardware and SW installations 
- To keep proper inventory of end client HW & SW
- To escalate problematic incidents to relevant specialists
- Responsibility for assigned areas within regular department duties
- Duty service
- To execute the tasks on assigned IT projects

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Master's degree)

Educational Specialization

- Technical Secondary school or University degree - specialization to IT or Automation

Language skills

English - Intermediate (B1)

Driving licence

- Microsoft windows client environment – advanced
- MS Windows Server – basics
- Network - basics
- SQL – basics
- Object oriented programing language - basics
- Scripting knowledge (VBS, SQL, PHP) - basics
- Analytical thinking
- Good communication skills

- Willingness to learn new thinks
- Team player
